I’ve a big decision to make!
When everything appears to be going wrong….when you’re not sure what your next steps are….be silent. Go inside.
I’ve got back to my yoga practice in addition to my regular meditation practice. Whilst meditation is really really helpful- yoga just does it for me!
I’m still unclear on next steps, but with yoga I know the answer will come and I’ll NamaSLAY!
